Our Precision Engineering Division is an established facility with over 40 years experience in producing precision engineered components. Specialising in fine-limit sheet metal fabrication and CNC milling, turning and grinding, we operate to BS EN ISO 9001:2015.
Our engineering expertise has provided us with the oppourtunity to work alongside the some of the UK's leading blue chip companies, such as Defence and Aerospace, Test and Measurement, X-ray Equipment, Material Analysis and Motion Control Technologies.
A close synergy with the in-house design team, provides a unique opportunity to design for manufacture.
CNC Machining
Our range of multi – Axis CNC Machinery is supported by FeatureCam and EZ Cam. We have vast experience in high precision, complex components ranging from small piece parts to large diameter castings.
We also offer various other services such as cylindrical grinding, surface grinding, spark eroding, milling and turning.
Working closely with our in-house design team, we can offer a full turnkey solution for all requirements.
Laser Cutting
Using the latest Radan software we are able to offer a full range of laser cutting services, from prototypes to full production runs. We are able to complement our laser cutting service with a fully equipped fabrication department, ensuring all auxiliary fabrication processes are kept in-house.
Working closely with our in-house design team, we can offer a full turnkey solution for all requirements.
Sheet Metal Fabrication
Our CNC sheet metal and fabrication department is fully equipped to cater for all elements of fine limit metal forming. As well as housing our laser cutting facilities, we also have an extensive array of plant for all cutting, bending, and welding processes.
Working closely with our in-house design team, we can offer a full turnkey solution for all requirements.
